4. Zunox and customer data
Zunox may process operational information on behalf of customer organisations as part of the provision of Capacity Intelligence services.

The handling of customer data may also be governed by separate contractual terms, privacy provisions, data processing agreements or security requirements agreed with that customer.
Zunox is intended to provide insight into organisational work and capacity. It is not designed as an employee surveillance or individual performance-scoring platform.
